Attorney Jeffrey A. Kurz has 20 years of experience practicing business, bankruptcy, real estate, personal injury, family, criminal and estate planning law. He is licensed to practice in Ohio and Pennsylvania state courts.  He is also licensed to practice in the Northern District of Ohio Federal Court, the Northern District of Ohio Federal Bankruptcy Court, the Western District of Pennsylvania Federal Court, the Middle District of Florida Federal Court and the Federal Court of Claims in Washington D.C.

 

Attorney Kurz is a graduate of the Case Western Reserve University Schools of Law and Business, where he obtained his law degree and MBA with a dual concentration in Finance and ECommerce. Prior to attending Case Western Reserve University, Attorney Kurz attended Kent State University and graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

 

In 2006, Attorney Kurz was a recipient of the prestigious 40 Under 40 Award, which recognized him as one of the 40 most influential individuals under the age of 40 in the Mahoning Valley. Attorney Kurz is also part owner in SKA Limited, LLC, a northeast Ohio real estate development company, and is a member and co-founder of the Downtown Merchants Association and the Youngstown Arts and Entertainment District Association. Jeff also helped create what is now known as the Youngstown Arts and Entertainment District.

 

In addition to his law practice, Attorney Kurz has taught business and marketing courses at Youngstown State University's Metro College and is a member of multiple non-profit boards.
